Local relevance should come from real differences in service, logistics and customer questions, not from producing dozens of copies with different city names.
A dedicated location page makes sense when the business actively serves that area and can provide useful local information. The page might explain travel zones, delivery timing, local routes, regulations, common venues or services that are especially relevant there.
If there is nothing meaningful to say beyond “we also serve this city,” include the area on a broader coverage page instead.
Compare two city pages side by side. If most paragraphs are identical after changing place names, consolidate or rewrite them.
Name, contact information and business details should agree across the site. If several independent sites support a network, do not automatically paste one company's licence, reviews or address onto all of them.
An independent informational site can link to operating companies without claiming to be those companies.
Make the relationship clear in the footer or About page when a domain is an information/support resource rather than the service provider itself.
Government pages, airports, tourism organizations, transit information and relevant local resources can improve a planning page when they answer a real question.
Commercial links need the same standard. For example, a Vancouver-to-Whistler planning article can naturally reference a route-specific resource such as Whistler private transportation information.
A link that is relevant on a Whistler travel page may be completely out of place on a CSS-performance article. Context matters more than distributing links evenly.
Local SEO is not only about individual landing pages. Strong navigation, related-page links, accurate metadata, mobile usability and a coherent business entity all contribute to how understandable the site is.
Review the site periodically for orphan pages. If an important location page exists only in the sitemap and nowhere in navigation or related content, users are unlikely to discover it naturally.
